WORKOUT NOTES
Please review the movement standards prior to Games day; you can find them listed below. Workout 3 is a FLOATER and it is the athlete’s responsibility to sign up and complete Go Your Own Way before the cut-off time. Workout 3 will be located outside and athletes can sign up on the sign-up sheet at the tent.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Carrying Weight
Athletes will be presented with a variety of objects to carry. The carry does not need to span the entire 50-foot length; athletes may gently place the object on the ground and rest. Weight carried will be awarded once the athlete and weight travels across the 50-foot line.
RX athletes are permitted to use the yoke for Workout 3. Please note there is only one yoke.
Heats and Lanes
The heat schedule will be set up on Games day. Athletes will have time between Workouts 1 and 2 to complete Workout 3.
There are a total of 2 lanes per heat.
