WORKOUT NOTES
Please review the movement standards prior to Games day; you can find them listed below. It is the athlete’s responsibility to set up the rower before the start of the heat. Athletes must confirm with their judge the weight on their barbell before attempting their 1-rep max attempt.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Walking Lunges
Athletes must ensure that the knee on the back leg makes contact with the ground at the bottom of the walking lunge. Failure to do so will result in a no rep.


Athletes must ensure that hips and knees are fully extended at the top of the walking lunge. Failure to do so will result in a no rep.


Clean & Jerk
Athletes can choose to perform any of the clean and jerk options (power clean, squat clean, push jerk, split jerk, etc). Athletes must ensure that they achieve full lock out during the jerk. Failure to do so will result in a no rep.
